GNAX announces expanded agreement with Emory University.
March 16, 2009

ATLANTA March 16, 2009 AtlantaNAP (www.atlantanap.com) announced today that they have expanded their agreement with Emory University to provide backup services for the university and hospital systems. Under the terms of the agreement, Emory has leased and taken possession of another 1000 square feet of space in the Atlanta NAP. Emory will continue to provide real time backup of their data to the servers in the Atlanta NAP co-location facility.

AtlantaNAP is a premier Atlanta co-location facility implemented by Global Net Access, LLC (www.gnax.net), and located in the historic West End of Atlanta. AtlantaNAP completed the first expansion of their new Enterprise Data Center in May 2008, adding 12,500 additional square feet of cage colocation, cabinet colocation and rack colocation space. Emory University was the first client to reside in the new Data Center with cage co-location space and fully redundant power feeds. A second expansion of the Atlanta NAP Enterprise Data Center, due to be completed on April 1, will provide an additional 13,500 square feet of raised floor space.

Jeff Hinkle, President of GNAX, stated “Emory is great to work with and we’re very proud to have them as an Enterprise client. Emory University has meant excellence in so many diverse areas of education, and their due diligence in selecting vendors is representative of the high standards they hold themselves and their business partners to. We recently upgraded their B feed power to enhance their resiliency as well.”
